Cancellation Of Order All-access 8/11/11
My order of 8/11/11 has not expired but you billed me Jul l6 for $39. I did not receive a renewal notice, but did read somewhere that All-Access was automatic renewal. Will this renewal go on forever, or will you accept my cancellation and refund the $39or must I start procedures which will end up with charge back resulting in charge back fee to you for $25. Please reply
