Therefore, I suggest you request a refund prior to cancelling your membership with Classmates.com. You can contact their customer support through one of the following options for this:
Telephone: 206-301-5700
Online Form: Contact Customer Support
You can also advise them you are cancelling your subscription with Classmates.com at the time you request the refund, or you may review the following link on how to correctly cancel your account. Thus, avoid any further surprise charges on your card.
