Forgot Login Info...wish To Cancel

I wish to cancel my account. I cannot recall my log in information. I made many attempts with my name and email address, requested password, no matter what I do I cannot log in. I wish to cancel because photos are being posted without my knowledge, via my Facebook account. I need a phone number to cancel. Attempted to cancel thru Schoolfeed, unsuccessful. Please give me a phone number so I may cancel immediately.
