How Do I Get My Money Back From Classmates.com Now Owned By Memory Lane?
They have charged me for a service I did cancel years ago. I have reported them to Discover and will for internet fraud. They charged my card $39.00, and I caught it only to see they did last year also. Oddly, I can't even sign on to correct it. They have no record of me. When you call memory Lane, you get a variety of recordings as to why they aren't available. I see on your site that numerous people are having this problem. The FBI should handle internet fraud, yes?
