If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, click Forgot your Password? directly below the password field on the login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password—simply follow the instructions to choose a new password and log in.
Please make sure that you're not using any email filtering programs that would block email from Memory Lane. And consider whether you've changed your email address since joining. If you did and do not have access to the old email, skip the steps and call them. They CAN ACCESS your account.
How do I change my password?
To change your Memory Lane password, follow these steps:
- Click Account at the top or bottom of any page.
- Click Personal Information.
- Enter your current password to access your personal information.
- Click Change passwordnear the bottom of the page.
- Enter your new password in both fields, then click Save my settings
Since the instructions are not working for you, you can try calling the company. Be prepared to hold. 206-301-5700 and/or 425-917-5000 Press 1 when recording begins.
