Trying To Cancel My Account
I've been trying to cancel my account which expires in December 2011 since I don't want to be billed beyond that date. Information received via e-mail advises me to click "Turn off automatic renewal" under Account Information. No such entry exists; only "Turn on automatic renewal" is able to be clicked. How do I go about cancelling this account?
