Make sure to document EVERYTHING.  Many people still get charged after cancelling.

This is a common problem with this web site, I've heard it from numerous people.  I recommend that you use one-time use credit card numbers with these social media sites.  That way they cannot continue to bill you.

If there are issues after caneling it may come down to cancelling your card in order to stop this.  In this case you should contact your credit card company ASAP and explain the issue to them.. They will act as you advocate (or should) in the matter.
