Go to the Classmates website (see Resources) and sign in. Select the "Help" link located in the upper right corner of the page. This will take you to the Help Welcome Center.
Select the link titled "How do I cancel my membership?" located under the Frequently Asked Questions section. This will give you the instructions on canceling your membership. If you have a free membership, select the "Click Here" link under the "Free Members" section.
Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields. Read over the information to ensure you're about to remove the correct account. Select the reason you want to remove your registration and click the "Remove Registration" button on the bottom left corner of the page. This will take you to another page to confirm your membership removal. Select the "Yes" button to finalize and process the removal of your account.
Tips & Warnings
- Gold members must cancel their memberships by sending an email to the "Member Support Team," located in the "Gold Members" section of the Member Support page (see Resources). A Classmates representative will respond to your cancellation request by email.
- Canceling your gold membership will result in the forfeiture of your membership fee as stated in the terms of service.
