Beware*****!!!!!! Classmates Will Attack Your Checking Acct.

I just had it out with a Classmates.com representative.  With the help of contacthelp.com, I was finally able to get in touch with them by telephone.  The representative was very rude, kept talking over me, until I called her out on it, was VERY sarcastic and tried to make me give them my checking acct. number, e-mail address, home phone number, and home address.  She then asked for my name and said unless it is a unique name, I won't be able to locate the acct.  I told her she already had my acct. number, how could she not have my name.  She said she had several names of the same (I know that is a lie because my name is very unusual)..she actually chuckled at my comment and said "well, I do"!  A lot of sarcastic remarks were made by her (with the chuckling), and then she said, "give me the year you graduated, school name, city and date."  She "found" my acct. and said "unfortunately, we didn't receive an e-mail request from you to terminate so we cannot refund."  I told her I never authorized them to steal money from my checking acct, and I "would" get my money back.  She put me on hold and came back and said "we can only refund the portion that you did not use this month."  I said "I never used it, and I never authorized you to take money out of my acct."  She said "your refund portion is $36. (can't remember the cents) and that is what you will get."  I said "you owe me 3-4 months @ $39.00/month."  She chuckled and said "well, that's all you will get."  My husband works for the Atty General here in our state (he is a Consumer Protection Investigator) and I WILL BE FILING A FRAUD/SCAM REPORT ON THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!
