How Can You Format The Device When The Computer Says It Can Not Be Formated?
the device has to be formated befor use. my computers says it cannot be formated.

most likely the device your trying to format is actually has problem a(easy fix) or problem b(also easy fix).
Problem A: out of brand/style. this means that the device your trying to format is actually not the same as your system. for ex. a linux computer cannot format a dos device and.
Problem B: your system or the device has the NYB virus. dont worry this isnt a DOOOOOOOOM virus. its a simple virus that just makes it impossible to format and is very contagious. to get rid of it you can do a simple virus scan on both your computer and as well as the device(insert device into computer and scan the drive its in under my computer).
