you probably need to update your app market. To do this you need to go to the coby website, look for updates on yur model number, connect your tablet to the computer, and finally perform the update. If that doesn't work, then go to 1mobile.com on your tablet and download the 1mobile apk market which has almost all the google play apps and you don't even need to root your device! Best of Luck.
