It's not possible to reinstall the browser. You can do a factory reset by following these steps:
1. Turn off the tablet power completely
2. Press and hold VOL - and power at the same time
3. Tablet will turn on and go to the system menu
4. Go to 'Wipe Data/Factory Reset'
5. Press VOL+ to select
6. It will take you to reboot system now, press VOL+ to select.
7. Tablet will reboot and restore to factory.
