How To Fix My Memory On Coby Kyros Mid8048

Hi.
1. Delete unused downloaded apps
2. Clear application caches
3. Move apps to SD using the app called 'App2SD'
4. Move medial files from internal memory to external memory using the app called 'ASTRO File Manager'
