The problem is that Coby has folded. Gordon Brothers Group has acquired some of the assets, but probably won't be able to help, as it's not in the same business. With the part number if possible, try
- http://www.searspartsdirect.com/ [call if necessary]
- a search engine like Google's or Yahoo's
- http://www.searchtempest.com/, which displays global listings from eBay, Craigslist, and other sources
