My Mp3 Randomly Shout Down And When I Plug It In Nothing Happens

i have a MP620 and i was chilling listing to music and it rendomly sout down when the battery was full and when i pluged it in the computer nothing happend and i can't turn it on ether H.E.L.P M.E. P.L.E.A.S.E !!!!!!
