- Check your Wi-Fi connection: Make sure that your tablet is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that the network is working properly.
- Restart your router: Restarting your router can often fix connectivity issues.
- Forget the network and reconnect: Go to the settings menu on your tablet and forget the current Wi-Fi network. Then reconnect to the network and enter the correct password.
- Check the date and time: Make sure that the date and time on your tablet are correct. If they're not, this can cause a secure connection error.
- Update your tablet's firmware: If your tablet's firmware is out of date, it may be causing the secure connection error. Check for any available updates and install them.
- Check your security settings: Verify that your tablet's security settings are configured correctly and that it is using the correct encryption method.
If the problem persists, it is a good idea to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

A "secure connection error" message on a Coby device can be caused by a variety of issues, such as:
Incorrect date and time settings: Make sure that the date and time settings on your device are correct.
Wi-Fi connectivity: Check that your device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that the network is functioning properly. Try restarting your router or moving closer to it to improve the signal.
Browser cache: Clear the browser cache and cookies on your device.
Firewall settings: Make sure that the firewall settings on your device or network are not blocking the connection.
Security certificate: Check that the security certificate for the website you are trying to connect to is valid and up-to-date.
Device software: Make sure that your device is running the latest software version, as an outdated software version may cause connection errors.
It's important to note that these are only a few possible causes of the issue and a proper diagnosis can only be done by a qualified technician. If the problem persists after trying these steps, it is best to contact Coby customer support for further assistance.
