I'm an Adventure Rewards Customer, and I want to purchase certain items online now, but have one question. I need to contact customer support now, after hours for the 629- . . . #. Once before I needed to do this and found a number to call and got a person who answered my few questions. Now I cannot find that number. For a company your size with the innumerable customers you have, and especially with the sales you're currently running, it doesn't to me make sense, to me, that you cannot be contacted after the early hour that you close for those many of us who online are going to purchase items but have a question(s) about that purchase, in my case the 25% off sale you're currently running. I don't find that to be the case with most other companies of your size and nature, to be unreachable after what is still somewhat early for those of us on the East Coast. It would seem you must be losing business closing the customer service department as early, relative to where I live, as you do. As I first mentioned, once before I found such a number and used it to make several purchases online. Disconcertingly, that is no longer the case
