Does Comed Have Lower Electric Rates If Geothermal Heating And Cooling

1) Does ComEd have loweror special electric rates if geothermal heating and cooling is installed in a house (only electric is used to heat/cool house) 2) gas is still used for cook top (ovens electric) and cloths dryer
