A few things could be the issue.

The circuit could be overloaded.  Too many things on the same line.  All depends on how your house was wired.  And how many things are on at once.

The other thing it could be is if the service coming into the house is too small.  Or if there is a loose connection somewhere.

A loose connection can cause a fire.  The best solution is to have an electrician diagnose the issue.
