Last Sunday Due To Thunderstorm & Lightening My Electric Devices Went Out. Namji
Dear ComEd,
My TV set, comcast modem and router are all out of order because of electric power flactuations due to to thunder storm and lightening on Sunday, Mar 15. I have asked ny neighbors about it. They all said about the same thing happened to them. I'm the customer of ComEd for years. Please assist me to issue the problem that I face now!
