Cable Renewal Outside The Home

The cable leading from a control box across the street to my house (outside) was in need of replacement in order for my TV to work . I was told by billing today that I might be respnsible for $50.00 for that service. Isn't that particular service the resposiblity of Comcast (free Service?) I have not been billed as yet. The job was done April 12.

Unless you signed up for the monthly maintenance plan, you will get hit every single time for a service call. Yet another reason to ditch Comcast, if you can. Most of us don't even have a choice.
