I Need To Speak To A Customer Service Supervisor In The Usa For Billing

I have already spoke to 3-people in Mexico, Philipines, etc. today. I got in my car & drove 11 miles to one of your Service Centers to try to get to speak to someone in USA Billing. I was given a # and I came back home determined to get to speak to an american agent for comcast, and so far--just total frustration. My concerns need to be addressed by a HUMAN in CUSTOMER SERVICE for COMCAST-XFINITY in USA that speaks ENGLISH. I am a senior citizen, and every month this is enough to make a person have a Stroke!!!!
