Phone And Pin Number

we got our phone installed Mon (12-13 -09) and am still waiting for pin number for voice mail which say's in book will be mailed still have not gotten it (12-19-09) also if we had been told we"d have to leave computer on at sign up time would have gone to magic jack which is cheaper from what we were told NEED PIN NUMBER FOR VOICE MAIL. thank u
