New Service Installation. I Am Moving In To A Home That The Homeowner Lived In

25 years she always had Comcast. Comcast is saying that they changed their wiring code and the house is not IP to their wiring code that they installed and changed and we have to pay $500 to change Comcast wiring if we want service. This is wrong.

That certainly seems out of line. You should call your local Comcast office and ask to speak to the area supervisor.
