Comcast We Receive The Tv Guide And Some Higher Channels Only, Box And Tv Ok.pay

Box has been reset by Comcast and checked on another TV. We get about 8 channels only. Other TV's are ok.

CALL COMCAST AT 1800-COMCAST AND ASK THEM TO SEND A SIGNAL TO THE BOXES. OR ASK TO SWITCH THEM OUT THEY COULD BE DEFECTIVE
