Should all lights on modem be solidly lit? I have one light blinking and I have not been able to get on the internet.

the firsr 4 ligihts should be yellow, and the 4th light should be randomly blinking orange. The 5th light should be off. CHeck your internet connection setup first to make sure it's set up correctly. Renew your DHCP lease, sometimes that helps. Try unplugging the modem adapter, wait 90 seconds, plug back in (all while computer is on). Sometimes that will fix it.
