I Have No Picture Or Sound On My Tv.

I called Comcast and followed prompts (many times today) and waited 15 to 30 minutes between calls.  If I press guide on the remote I get all the info about programing but no picture or sound.  They say they are sending info to my box and have MANY times today.  Everything is plugged in and tight.  It worked perfectly last night. No power problems.  Help
