In Turning Off My Tv, I Mistakenly Pushed 'on Demand' Button Instead Of 'all On'

button. I then pushed the All On button and the tv went off. However, I now cannot get any station. When I push "All On,", the tv goes on but a box saying "video game 2" shows briefly on the screen and then the scxreen goes blank. What can I do?
