1. Wear antistatic gloves.
2. Open the case, to proceed to remove the RAM memory.
3. Disconnect the Hard Drive and other peripherals like CD/DVD Drive, video cards.
4. Proceed to clean the dirt, with a blower in the motherboard area.
5. Cleaning the CMOS identifies it on the motherboard, it is making a jumper, then you must remove the jumper.
6. Use an electronic contact cleaner.
7. You can use a brush to remove the dirt deeper.
8. Finally proceed to assemble everything again, and then turn on. If it gives success what you want, well, solved!
If it doesn't work for you, remove the power source and take it to an electronic technical service to check the voltages.
