Continitental Flight From Norfolk To Newark Cancelled, Why Can't I Get Any Info

been calling for 15 hours straight and i either get a busy signal or a "we are experiencing high call volume" message. why can't i get any sort of info (and ive tried the website too) as to what i am supposed to do!!!!! are they going to rebook me and contact me???? i need to get to ny and everywhere i go says contact continental, well they are unable to be contacted.
