Confirmation Of International Flight

I've been on hold for 2 hours and 43 minutes now to confirm flight ATMHHD. You can use my miles and I need to pay 114.40 by midnight tonight pacific time in order to save the flight. Can I do this on line? How long is the hold now to get an agent at Continental?
