United/Continental Airlines doesn't have a Complaint Department per se, you wpild have to be more specific about your complaint.

Besides, do you really want to be on hold for an hour or more waiting to make a complaint when you can provide feedback by using the United online email form. The web page will open in a new window, just scroll down the page.

You could try 1-800-589-5582 which is a 24/7 phone number answered by an automated switchboard but which will connect you to a live person.
