Is It True That You Can Have Two Carry On

WILL THEY GO TO THE OVERHEAD AND UNDER YOUR SEAT AND HAVE A MAX SIZE EACH OF 45 INCHES?

In general, each traveler is allowed two pieces of checked baggage, one carry-on bag and one personal item for both domestic and international flights. Fees for checked baggage may apply and carry-on baggage is free of charge.

You are correct in the max size of the carry-on is 45 linear inches (14x9x22") because the item must be able to be stowed under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.
