We Are Entitled To Vouchers Because Of A Change In Our Reservations. Our Conf

We have no record of receeiving a voucher for our reservtions for 2/27/12-3/28/12. Confirmation # is BPZF9L. What do we have to do to get confirmation of this?

Continental airline vouchers are accepted online, by phone or at the airport. Are you indicating that you mailed the voucher?

Airline vouchers can be very problematic. Did you change your reservation at the airport by volunteering to change your flight? You should have been given a voucher number but if someone else claims your number first (if you lose it for example) you could be out a voucher although I understand that if you simply lost it, the airline will honor it.

I'm sorry, this is not as helpful as I'd like it to be. I haven't used a voucher in 17 months.
