Im Frustrated, Is It So Difficult To Rechedule A Flight For Me, 5days????

It is more difficult to rebook/reschedule your flight if you do this by phone. You can also do this online easily if you booked online through Continental/United Airlines.
The link you need will open in a new window. The sign-in is near the bottom. You will need your confirmation number in order to make the changes online. Yes, there will be a cancellation fee.
If however, you do not have an eTicket, you will indeed need to call 1-800-864-8331 for assistance. And yes, you will be in the queue on hold. I am sorry to say.
