Buying Tickets Online

I am going to purchase tickets online for my Mexican workers to come to the US. When they go to the airport to pick up their tickets, since I'm paying with my credit card, do they need to have that card or will their identification be enough?

They do not need to have your credit card, so long as the tickets are in thier name, and thier identification matches the ticket name. It would however be helpful for them to have the record locator code and flight info.
