Butter Cookie Instructions

This will be one for your jokes I'm afraid, BUT I wrote down the ingreadients etc off the box after baking one batch of cookies a while back and tossed the box as it took up too much room.  Is it possible to get the ingedients/baking temp/time?     I know it only took a cpl ingreadients but don't remember what they were except for 2 sticks of butter.   PLEASE help, need them to take to a function tomorrow; and live 15 miles from town so don't want to go in to get ingredients for something else to make.    THANK YOU!
