Why Does My Recent Bill Exceeds The Previous Months' Bills By About $40.00?
Why does my bill this month exceeds the monthly bills of the previous month by about $40?

You should have a contact number on your bill, I suggest you call their CS. Go to this page to send an online e-mail to cox.
