How Can I Purchase A Pack Of Fails For My Craftsman Battery Operated Trimmer?

Flails sell for $5.99 for pack of 10 but are not available.  Repair stores sell them for $2.10 each.  This is robbery.  One little piece of plastic is not worth $2.10.  If you can make one, why can't you sell a package of 10?  Can I buy another trimmer prorated because I cannot use mine?
