Drive Motor Is Not Turning The Pulley

I bottomed out on the mower. Now, the mower starts. but when I engage the blades...they are not turning on. When I manually pull on drive belt the blades are spinning except one of them. I realize the spindle is bad on that blade. However, when I removed the drive belt and checked the pulley on drive motor it is free and not bound up, but a little rough on the rotation. I start the mower and engage the blade button and the pulley will not turn on it's own. Any suggestions?
