Why Am I Recieveing Emails Threatening To Close My Account

yes i have just received many emails threatening to close my account and not telling me why. on an account i didn't know i had. please tell me why you send the same email over/and over.

Odin-----So how do I report this again/my problem is I have a fear of clicking on to any emails that I don't know where they came from because I got scammed by one already. Pretty sad so how do I report these things again? thanks for your help. betty
