You can only post your ad once every two days and in one category. If you post more than that, people will flag you, which results in your post being removed. Re-posting it after it has been flagged will get that ad removed almost immediately.

If you are abiding by the rules, it could be a competitor of yours flagging your ads. It takes four or five flags to get a post removed, but someone could easily do that with a couple of email accounts or a few friends or relatives.
