Click on the "my account" link on the left side of the home page. You will have to sign in and then your ad will show up. You should be able to edit the ad, delete the ad or renew it. If there is no renew option, then you have to wait until that option is available.

Craigslist does not let you renew your ad more than once every two days. That is considered spamming and overposting, which is against their posting rules. Also, double posting the same ad will get both ads flagged and removed.
