The issue is not how may ads you have or how many postings you do per day. When your ad is flagged, it's the work of a competitor, when your ad gets ghosted, it's the craigslist system at work.
If your ads are being flagged, there is little or nothing you can do to it.
Try and post again, and post again. If your ads are repeatedly flagged, these are the steps to follow:
1) identify your competitor - This is usually someone who sells the same product as you do or who wants the same customer or client you want.
2) Send an email telling the person you noticed flagging in your ads, and tell him to desist.
3) The post another ad,
4) If they still get ghosted, you then go ahead and flag the ads of your competitors. Do this consistently for two days
5) Then post your ads again. These would not be flagged.
What you need to know is that when your ad is being flagged, your competitor is inviting you to dirty competition with him/her. Just give it to them, and things should get back to normal.

I hope this is helpful to you!

I hope the previous answer works for you. I have to tell you however that it may not, because it stems from assumptions that are not correct. For one thing, flagging an ad does not automatically delete it. For another, anyone can flag an ad, competitor or not.

Craigslist says, "Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation-for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms."

It's not possible from the information you've provided to discern the source of the problem. And it might not be possible under any circumstances.

You will very likely be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
