It would be nice if your ads "will only be deleted if they violate Craigslist's TOS." Unfortunately, this is not the case. Craigslist states:

Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation -- for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms.

It's possible of course that you may have violated Craigslist's terms of use; you may want to review them by following the above link. But Craigslist will impose its penalties simply on account of too many flags--and anybody can flag your post, for any or no reason.

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.

Hope this is useful. Please don't forget to click the Accept This Answer button if you do accept it. My aim is to provide reliable helpful answers, not just a lot of them. See https://www.helpowl.com/profile/Odin.

No one can delete your ads. They can flag them but they will only be deleted if they violate Craigslist's TOS.
