Rental Property Scam

Rental property is probably a scam because it is not for rent and the Owner is not out of the country. I have an authorized listing agreement with him to sale his house and it is not for rent. You can call me at Arthur Smith with Remax Covenant Realty.

You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Craigslist. Craigslist unfortunately provides essentially no personal support. There are only two things you can do: flag the post, by clicking the Prohibited link at the top, and use Craigslist's "contact us" link--https://losangeles.craigslist.org/contact (but don't count on any response).
