I'm not sure what you're asking. You can respond the same way you'd respond otherwise. The fact that the post is deleted suggests you're not currently interested; If so, ignore it if you like. Be aware: Although your reply will go through Craigslist, any moderately savvy computer user will be able to discern your email address.
