Selling My House

I was under the understanding that there was NO cost to sell your home on Craigslist. When I got to Craigslist: terms of use under Sales, (states you authorize us to charge your account for CL fees.) So I am confused, does it cost or not ? or what does this mean ?

There are certain things they charge fees for but listing a house is not one of them.
