Trying To Find Out If An Offer Made On My Motorcycle Is A Scam.

they offered to buy my motorcycle but didnt have access to their bank account and want my paypal info. says he is a sailor and will send someone to pick it up has his own shipper

You usually cannot "find out" that a scam is indeed a scam until you're scammed. I would not provide my motorcycle to anyone who has not given me cash for it.
