Ad Blocked, Wont Repost After 80+ Hrs.

I mistakenly posted an ad in another site, I immediately deleted it, waited 50+ hrs and have tried to post it to my home site multiple times now after 90+ . It is continually blocked, sitting the 48 hrs and shows the ad as deleted in my account page.
